Message Systems is a culture driven company with everyone working towards the same goal. The . leadership is an impressive group of executives that all have an open door policy with a willingness to freely discuss and share ideas. Management has a true compassion for every one of the employees and the company's CEO and CTO have two of the technically sharpest minds I have been around. What I have found to be most impressive (in addition to having great products that work) is the motivation from management to set everyone up for success. Top performers and over achievers are definitely recognized and rewarded. The company also encourages competition as all levels of the company periodically participate in competitive team activities outside the company. Message Systems places a great deal of importance on culture fit when considering new hires. The hiring process is very strategic because each individual person has the capability of making a difference within the company. We are able to work with the latest technologies, focusing on providing compelling solutions to our customers. Our customer focused fanatical support is not just something we say.....we live it each and every day. I have to say that Message Systems is one of the very best companies I have ever worked for. I wake up every day feeling like I can make a diffence and knowing that I will be recognized and rewarded when I do.
