Sparksoft provides a variety of job opportunities with competitive pay. Management is very down-to-earth, friendly, and compassionate. The WV staff are fun and genuine people. The company actively looking for ways to give back to the local community here in Fairmont, in Bridgeport and Morgantown. This year the MD and WV Offices provided classrooms supplies in their respective locations, to help teachers in need. The WV employees often do random office activities, like corn-hole competitions. And the company does across location activities such as a Halloween costume competition.
