Pros
Co-workers were good, hard workers in most cases. They can be lazy but that's bc upper management doesn't respect associates
Cons
-Micromanagement- upper management played favoritism .. they promoted associates that kissed the behinds -The owner would suggest who associates should vote for in elections that would benefit his company -no real hr department always making up rules as they go
