Pros

Easy job you can work to get by. If you know how to sell (incentives) you can have a really good paycheck. Depending on the managers schedule flexibility is good. Chance to meet and network with interesting people.

Cons

While schedule flexibility is typically good you better not have anything important come up around holiday season. Narrow minded leadership. If you're title is anything less than 3rd key manager your views are seen as worthless. They don't value their employees. I laid in a hospital bed for a month after surviving a car accident. The hospital is literally 5 minutes from the store. Never recieved a visit from management but was terminated for not showing up to work.

Pros

It’s a fun environment. I enjoy coming to work most days, I’ve never been able to say that. The people are great to work with.

Cons

The benefits are horrendous, the pay is a barely livable wage and if I want medical coverage for my wife and I, I’d have to sacrifice over half of my paycheck each month. Very few perks at all to working at Specs

Easy to skate by not doing anything if you are a part of the click.

Cons

not much at all good to say about this company, I was a full-time deli associate and when i found a part time job that paid 2 dollars more an hour they were not willing to work with me on scheduling. The managers a vary unprofessional when i finally quite because they were costing me money they called the police on me and told me I can never shop there again. COMPLETE WAIST OF TIME RECOMMEND DOING RESEARCH BEFORE APPLYING!
