      Lots of potential; very frustrating

      Pros

      Relatively easy for a retail job. Hours are limited by state regulation, so you don't have to worry about working late nights or Sundays.

      Cons

      Terrible communication from upper management. Very inconsistent direction from district management on up. As a store manager, you are given very little information about detailed financials of your own store, let alone the company. This makes it difficult to improve specific areas beyond your best guess. And so whatever owner or manager walks into your store just makes up some opinion based on very little factual information. The company is also very prone to cronyism.

      Pros

      Great customer service from all employees. The pay was good and the work was easy. Even the customers were a lot of fun!

      Cons

      The store manager has no idea how to handle female employees. Made females cry and feel discriminated against. All the while giving the males more advantages. Also, upper management (including store manager) are a bunch of kiss up Good Ole Boys.

      Pros

      •Mostly relaxed employees. Depending on your management not so much •Weekends off if you are a receiver. (Depends on location as well) • Will take forever to get fired from, unless you are caught stealing product or time and harass other employees. •Low retention rate

      Cons

      •Depending on your management they will not work with you •Pay is not so great for the amount of work and accuracy needed for this job. •Incentives, yes we make “some” money off of certain bottles but not a whole lot. Countless employees will bottle count to make ends meet. Which is against store policy but management will not care because their bonuses are based off of it. • If you are a sales floor representative, 7 out of 10 you will dislike the job because of the amount of freight you will be receiving and having to stock sometimes. 800 piece truck from another vendor to 200-300 from the next. (Depending on location as well) •Do not expect management to help with freight
