Pros
Reasonable shift times (only because of when they can legally be open), potential to make money through commissions.
Cons
Awful base pay. PTO is a joke and benefits are only good for people with kids. Terrible, mean-spirited managers at stores who pick on workers with learning disabilites and minorities. The commission system makes all of your coworkers compete with each other, which breeds hostility. On busy days, they make you work super long shifts without breaks. You always have to work holidays and weekends. The technology in the stores is horribly outdated, which makes doing certain tasks unnecessarily difficult. They also have a terrible track record of hiring alcoholics who eventually get fired for stealing from them.
