Pros

- The company provides a variation of liquor to choose from all over the world. Great selection for customers. - Very informative and extensive orientation that lasts 2 - 3 days. They provide delicious food and a tour of the 5 story facility. - Company offers an array of class to learn from through a major distributor. This will allow you to be more knowledgeable about the products you sell.

Cons

- Poor management and disorganized when it comes to handling employees. - Very unprofessional to see other employees arguing with each other in front of customers. - No benefits and don't dream of job advancements. - The pay is pathetic and laughable. - They push you sell their wine direct products, which tastes really nasty. - Too much favoritism going on here and no appreciation for hard work. - There are no discounts off of liquor of course!

Pros

Having Sundays and three major holidays a year off by law. Discounts on product. Educational benefits. Can be a fun environment to work in, provided you have good co-workers.

Cons

Nepotism is rampant. Pay is pretty bad for responsibility level. Advancement is limited and not based on skill, experience, or longevity, for the most part.

Pros

Very little training and nice management. Possibility to earn more if you are willing to pitch store brands to customers.

Cons

Other co-workers are not very willing to help newbies or will sarcastically help. If you work at the front (cashier) you will be able to be very chatty. If you work by stocking or organizing, be prepared to say maybe five words an hour. Lastly, use simple logic when unsure of what to do, management and co-works would rather redo something over answering questions.
