They provide delicious food and a tour of the 5 story facility. - Company offers an array of class to learn from through a major distributor. This will allow you to be more knowledgeable about the products you sell.
Cons
- Poor management and disorganized when it comes to handling employees. - Very unprofessional to see other employees arguing with each other in front of customers. - No benefits and don't dream of job advancements. - The pay is pathetic and laughable. - They push you sell their wine direct products, which tastes really nasty. - Too much favoritism going on here and no appreciation for hard work. - There are no discounts off of liquor of course!
