Pros

Close to home at the time but that was the only good thing. Fellow employees were ok but favoritism was huge. Unprofessional.

Cons

Management was terrible. Called HR to complain about something my management team couldn't handle and they didn't care. Manager ignored me, wouldn't let me move up past a cash register even with work done to do so.

The pay is better than minimum, full time hours are available.

Cons

Terrible management, arbitrary policies that discourage employee's creativity and growth, utter lack of communication. Never before have I worked in a place that DISCOURAGED learning.
