One of the worst places I've worked, literally had to mentally detach to get through the day here. It was a short-period and taxing on my mental health. The work is mind-numbing, meaningless, and there is clearly no structure. It's smoke & mirrors done badly, because no one's falling for the illusion.
Hard to do your best for a company that you don't believe in and whose "advancements" you don't actually fall for while also not getting a decent salary, good benefits, or a decent 401K contribution.
Such a total lack of decency and respect from higher-ups.
People in higher-level positions are not the brightest, this was blaringly obvious from Day 1.
It's kind that the company hires and promotes family and friends, but some people aren't qualified and it shows. Also, some titles are bizarre.
Stop teasing a game-changing, AI-powered tech advancement and just launch it, or don't, but figure it out for Pete's sake.
No room for growth and instead of investing in talented, intelligent people, they will give the same ones a title change and push it in a press release to give the illusion of growth.
An award for your product is not an award if it's paid for lol.
The marketing is cringe and out-of-touch and most of it is centered on a product that's "nearly finished" for several years now...
