      Relaxed atmosphere in a modern office space with great amenities.

      Departmental Silos and conflicting priorities, but, that's probably everywhere.

      Pros

      Meals, drinks, relaxed environment, great coworkers, great office, WFH, cutting edge tech integration, etc.

      Cons

      While working here started good 5 years ago, since the acquisition by a capital investment group (G**** Management) things have steadily declined. All raises are dependent on the company as a whole, promised promotions are minimized then canceled. Raises? If you changed jobs or were promised a raise, none for you. New positions created for you are postponed and then canceled. New owner injected a lot of capital? Your Healthcare costs go up, you're paying a third of your income. Using OT to keep things running? Denied, why can't you complete your work? Every day the vise tightens and customer service slips.
