Cons

Everything. Management nothing more than yes men because they fear reprocussion and being embarrassed by CEO. I have witnessed outbursts that I thought would be physical. Very toxic environment.

Complete product set. Voice, Internet (access in any format), MNS, multiple options for SD-Wan. Engineering support to make sure the customer gets the best solution they require. Spectrotel has grown organically. No M&A so the core team has been in place a long time.

Cons

Benefits are very good, but more expensive if you are remote to NJ
