      Pros

      Collaborative organization that is growing in a a tough industry to grow within. It remains steadfastly independent while the rest of the industry consolidates. it prides itself on the ability to pivot quickly as required to adjust to the ever changing demands of the industry an the technological development of telecommunications.

      Cons

      Rapid growth is painful. Space is at a premium while new space is under construction.

      Pros

      I've been with Spectrotel for four years and look forward to many years of employment ahead. Spectrotel's family environment creates an open, honest, collaborative culture, which I feel fortunate to be part of. The growth I have witnessed over the past 4 years is due to the expertise, commitment and passion of the entire team.

      Company is growing quickly so space is tight but looking forward to moving into our new larger space.

      Operationally sound with outstanding employees.

      Cons

      Pleanty of frustrating issues regarding business expenses—rejected expenses for office supplies,per diems for business meals that are not realistic and business decisions that are based on the concern for a few versus whats best for the company—slowing growth.
