They don’t pay you well enough to put up with unqualified leadership and the GQI is so stupid… are your employees in middle school?? The male leader who oversees it all with the piercings is micromanaging and unreasonable along with his besties. They subject employees to week long “immersive” trainings that are wildly inappropriate. This company thinks they can deny you vacation and takes advantage of young people who don’t know that it’s a notification and not an actual request. They sell you on PTO and make everything sound magical when interviewing and then bait and switch. They don’t even know the maternity leave guidelines, laws, entitlements etc. The trainer when you’re hired was egotistical.
