Educational experience and internal growth.

Cons

Unfortunately, the leadership at Spectrum has gone downhill over the last couple of years, and they went from being a company I was proud to be a part of, and intended to stay with forever. To a company that stopped putting their employees first, instead caring more about profits and growth. Offering barely over minimum wage for positions that impact individuals lives, and can cause burnout fast is shameful. I hope they can find their way back to their roots, as I truly loved that company.
