Great leadership!I learned so much about the substance abuse field during my time here. They value hard work, and you feel like you are making a difference.

Cons

It’s a nonprofit so the pay isn’t very competitive. Easy to get burnt out.

The benefits are pretty good and the CE courses is paid for by the company. The staff is nice as well.

-Hours are great for parents. -Most of the staff is great.

Cons

This place will blind you with shiny bells and whistles to entice you to join the team. Was lied to about salary and was told it was an hr error after almost a week of working (that should of been my queue to run). There is really nothing pleasant or real about upper management and they give VERY inexperienced, soft people leadership roles.
