They offer excellent professional and career development, the ability to rise through the company or move laterally if you desire, excellent benefits (especially the paid time off), they care and invest in their employees. Spectrum is a growing company that is always looking to expand and is open to new ideas from all staff.
Cons
Working in a prison is not for everyone, especially as a non-Department of Correction employee you can be looked down upon, the clients can be challenging and depending on your work location, your co-workers can be excellent, detrimental or you may possibly be on your own. The pay is lower than what is needed.
