Its up to you Tuff Managment, you have to be strong to keep going each day high turn over and burn out lots of it du to the nature of the job.

Cons

Stressful, no unity, very high turnover poor treatment of employees. no respect for what they have to contribute especially with the whole tardiness thing and forced PTO due to holidays.
