Gained a lot of experience working with the inmate population. Experience gained in this setting can be applied to many other jobs

Cons

Low salary, minimum flexibility, strict attendance policy, would not be a good job if you have a family (things come up, their rules do not allow for any leniency if you need to miss or leave work for any reason), frequently short staffed
