Very rewarding work and fellow staff were great.

Cons

Pay wasn't the best as well as issues with maintenance in our building. The prison constantly floods, AC works and then doesn't work. As far as leadership it's very dependent who you get as a supervisor. Some supervisors are great others had major power trips and barely supervised or offered guidance.
