Pros

Coworkers are cool, and working from home eas awesome

Cons

Micromanagement, and constantly evolving commission structure that squeezes just a liiiiitle bit more money out of your checks this month, and next month, and next month etc. Before you know it, yoire doing more work for less pay.

Pros

Training and working with my classmates that passed to become full time

Cons

Very micromanaged. Everything is timed to the second. So, if you need to use the restroom and you’re gone 12 seconds past the time they think it should take you may be written up. Also, if you get a 98% on your surveys for customer’s satisfaction you still may be reprimanded for not upselling enough and they can block your bonuses/commission you should’ve earned. It’s about the money when it should truly be about retaining the customer.
