Nice people. Supportive. Try to work with you as much as they can.

Cons

Obsessed with robots and their ability to judge whether a call is negative, positive, or neutral. Uses that as a standard to judge employee performance. Unfair and biased in that respect. I feel like a YouTuber in the worst way. Not the glitz or the glamour. Just the annoyance, frustration, and disappointment. As I am subject to the algorithm just as they are. They just call him SAM.
