Everything is due yesterday, a bit unstable

Run far away from here. I wanted to share my experience during training at Spectrum. While I came in motivated and ready to learn, the environment unfortunately did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected. The training atmosphere felt dismissive and unwelcoming, with noticeable cliques, inconsistent guidance, and a general lack of support toward new hires. I value workplaces that encourage growth, communication, and respect, and it was clear early on that this training environment didn’t align with those standards. Experiences like this highlight how important mentorship, positive culture, and well-structured onboarding are for both employees and companies. I hope Spectrum continues improving their training approach in the future, because employees can excel when they are supported—not spoken down to or made to feel out of place.
