Pros

Free cable. Telecom isn't going anywhere.

Cons

Poor insurance choices. Employees who have the capability of working remotely are forced to work in office during COVID-19 pandemic, even in cities under Shelter In Place orders.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your concerns as we work together through these unprecedented times. As one of FEMA’s Community Lifeline sectors, our services are essential to hospitals, emergency first responders, government facilities, the news media and our communities to stay connected, help flatten the curve and protect the country. Making sure we deliver these vital communications while supporting our employees is our top priority. To that end, we recently made a number of changes to our operations that will help our employees better manage through this challenging time. These include an additional 15 days of paid time off to be used for any COVID-19 related personal need, increased social distancing plans in all of our call centers and operations facilities, and the option for remote work for employees whose jobs allow them to work outside the office without endangering our obligation to provide critical services. We thank you for all you are doing every day to support our customers and communities to ensure they remain both connected and safe.

Pros

Good pay & benefits. The team members & supervisors you work with every day can make it tolerable, even pleasant.

Cons

Training will be promised, but never materialize. Leadership is antiquated and should have been retired 20 years ago. I'd say the C-Suite hates the employees, but that would imply they give any actual thought to the rank-and-file. Their refusal to allow ANYONE (even those at high risk of complications) to work from home for any reason during a pandemic until they were compelled to do so should tell you what you need to know. The unbelievable micromanaging they inflict on those who manage to navigate the red tape to be allowed to WFH is insulting. Clearly, employee retention is not a priority.

Pros

Money is decent but you will sell your soul and your personal life

Cons

Honestly everything about this place, things change every day, the shifts are terrible, no leadership help, mandatory ot for months on end, split days off, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL. Your less then human when you work for this company. Turn over like you would not believe, constantly have to run career fairs because no-one want to stay there, and the few that do end up getting fired because their numbers aren't good enough even though they received 0 coaching.
