Recent reorganization of the company resulted in the placement of many inexperienced personnel getting promoted into management or more senior management positions, The result was increased employee departures and a number of these mangers failing to meet their objectives.

The management team is non existent, but they want to hold you to standards that they themselves will not hep you with. I myself made 93K in 8 months of being with the company as a DSR but because my Area Manager got upset I wanted to leave his department and go to business class that joke released me because of a policy that was not in writing and he wanted to prove the point that I had to come through him. So I say all that to say, watch your own back because the management team doesn't care about you at all.
