Flexible schedule Opportunity for exercise

Cons

Difficult to make sales because most people have already had windstream or spectrum service, and are either dissatisfied or owe money to the company making it difficult to acquire new sales. I ended up feeling like a field complaint representative rather than a sales representative Unrealistic goals for the atmosphere Wear and tear on vehicle and no gas compensation

Health and employee benefits are good. Premium TV, Internet, Phone package free for employees.

Pay is not market rate and needs to be higher.

Pros

Can’t speak for all Spectrum locations, but the one I experienced was a very toxic place to work. The center lost a lot of good people/talent because of it. Career advancement is not as great as they will promise. Lots of unnecessary corporate politics. Lots of ego-driven leadership. The benefits package is great though, and will probably be the only reason you’d work there.

Cons

Toxic work environment, unqualified/bad leadership and management. Catty corporate politics.
