Pros

Good benefits, including really good PTO.

Cons

Terrible management, all they do is micro manage. People wear slippers to work or club dresses, it's awful. Absolutely no employee engagement the company is to cheap to do things for their employees. Also, no innovation at all. Their way is the highway and within a dying industry you might want to take some feedback.

Pros

Benefits, opportunities to move up, pay

Cons

Ever changing metrics, it’s hard to move up, there’s absolutely no work-life balance in the company. From field techs working from 7a-11p, dispatch working the same hours, customer service is 24/7, retail is now having longer hours due to mobile launch. Sales and Sales Support is also working long hours; it’s nearly impossible to achieve a balance. Dealing with abusive callers Dealing with the stress of making rank as stats now Dealing with influx of self-installs with AHT of 8mins The point is there’s more cons than pros and I find myself at a standstill.
