Pros

Free TV, internet and phone service.

Cons

Their sales goals are not realistic. They only pay $14 an hour plus commission. You must sell 20 video sales to get paid commission. Internet sales do not count and you are not paid commission for internet sales. You have to work until 7 pm. They track you by GPS using an Ipad. Must carry a heavy table every day to your buildings to do a daily lobby event. Can only get credit for sales that come from your turf.

Pros

The employees have a clear desire to perform great work, deliver a great service, and offer a quality experience to customers. Free cable and internet to employees is a nice benefit

Cons

Executive leadership does not accurately deliver a clear and concise message. Many times this leaves employees at a loss to all decisions and directions. The consistent major shifts in enterprise direction may leave you feeling like nothing more than a number on a roster then a valued employee. There is no tolerance for work from home, telecommute, or relaxed dress. This is an antiquated view of the workforce

Pros

Good health insurance and free services

Cons

Constantly changing commission structure, always to the company’s benefit not yours. Recently raised rates and trying to enter the mobile market. Mandatory OT and no holidays off.Poor management that prefers to micromanage and threaten agents rather than develop. The fact they cannot keep employees very long speaks for itself
