Pros

Call Center: I started off in the call center as an internet/phone tech support agent, and the only pro was that they started off at $14/hr a consistent schedule, and area for advancement if you work hard. Two years later and im now an Engineer for the company: Pro im an engineer with out a college degree and they gave me a huge raise and relocation for the engineering position. Now that im at corporate level, i have my dream job. they are very flexible, and i work in a positive environment,

Cons

Call Center: Bad work hours, almost impossible to get time off at the call center level, very strict with schedule adherence, management is not always pleasant or fair, they are always changing policy and what you can and cannot do, score cards were very unfair. Engineering: little to no communication and teamwork with outside departments and teams....this is common to all of charter.
