Pros

Great Benefits and options for time off

Cons

The call center is not a productive environment and there is very little chance of getting out of call center positionsm Management tells you there's opportunity to move around the company but it usually in other departments of the call center without much increase in pay. In order to apply for those positions you have to be at the company for over a year and hit all your metrics. It's really designed to keep you in that position because turnover is atrocious.
