Paid vacation cannot be taken for the first 3 months. This is not good when you got plans before you planned to join the company

Such a great team! There is so much room for growth and being able to show what you have to offer.

Cons

Onboarding was easy, but I was never given a true job description so trying to understand what my role was and what they wanted from me was a bit hard at first. I felt like I had to ask a lot of unnecessary questions and request materials and resources that should have already been presented to me.
