The company is on a mission and it has great growth opportunities within. Fully remote work, no micro management and easy communication... so I think if you are doing good work, this is the place to be.

Cons

Fully remote might sometime mean long stearks of work without much human interaction, that could be burning out.

I really enjoy the situation at Speechify, work-life balance is truly great, people are ready to help you anytime. A very friendly atmosphere makes it easy to handle very hard tasks without stress.
