Pros
- Worked with some of the worlds brightest minds - full of pure skills and ability. This brushed off on me too. - Extremely fast paced learning culture. - Extremely supportive co-workers. Without them, achieving the results I did in the short time I did would not have been possible. - Tight-knit team, majority of folks I worked with were down to earth and were not only co-workers but great friends as well.
Cons
I worked at Speechify for 19 months, and I would honestly say that there aren't many cons other than there were times when the levels of stress were too high. It could also just be the nature of the position I was in.
