A lot of challenges - very experienced people from whom you can learn a lot - tasks are not boring and monotonous, you can always change something, talk and the final shape of the work depends solely on me. High work culture. The latest technology and trust in people

Cons

This is a disadvantage and an advantage - there is a high pace of work - there is no boredom - but everyone knows that the bar must be set high for success.
