Pros

Talented Folks throughout the supply chain (Engineering, Purchasing, Customer Support, Manufacturing and other groups) Dynamic People that do not fear challenges. Trying to learn from past so better future can be forged. It got moxie !

Cons

It is easy to state cons, just like any company.

Pros

I really like it at Sphero because of the products we work on. The quality of the products we launch make me proud to tell people I work here and I'm passionate about making toys. Managers are accessible and approachable and open dialogue is encouraged. The food is plentiful and we try to have a lot of fun during the day.

Cons

Tight schedules create crunch times but we're getting better at it as we learn how to manage the projects and get as much up-front work done as possible before crunch times hit.

Free lunch Fridays Paid healthcare (!!) Free ice cream Fully-stocked kitchen Test toys as part of your job (what!) We make some *really* cool things You can play a part in something big Most importantly the people - they are truly the best and brightest in the industry

Cons

Some of the teams are hit harder than others when it comes to work-life balance. There's no clear career-path development ... (yet)
