Fun to work there, lots of daily perks (lunch, snacks, beer, toys all over)

Cons

Distracting, acts like a start-up but needs to act like a little more mature sometimes.

Pros

Wonderful creativity and product execution, and superb work culture through out the company.

Cons

Extremely ambitious product and Fiancial goals are difficult to meet, which puts a lot of pressure on the engineering and product teams to deliver relentlessly.

Pros

Sphero has an exciting product line with a lot of talented people behind it. Although I’m still relatively new, I’ve been really impressed with the transparency and level of communication at Sphero. The weekly All Hands Meetings help to share information with the entire group, which is important as we continue to grow. Our team also has a lot of fun - trivia is played at the end of each company meeting and the winner gets to choose the following Friday’s catered lunch. Some of the perks I like the most are the 100% company paid benefits, casual dress code, free catered lunch a few times a week, coffee & snacks and the PTO program.
