Pros

Sphero is a place unlike any other place I have ever worked. They value their employees and also really value their customers. They always want to make sure their customers are happy and have what they need. This value alone is a becoming more and more rare at most companies, where as Sphero listens to all their customers with open ears. In addition to these values here are some other reasons this place rocks; Free food! Snacks! Robots! Unlimited coffee! Tech, tech, and more tech! Unlimited coffee (the coffee is so nice I had to say it twice). The upper management and Exec teams always seem to have time and are happy to talk. Incredible perks and health benefits. Opportunities to learn a lot of different roles. Everyone seems eager to jump in and help. Last but not least..Everyone is AWESOME!

Cons

Traffic on the way to the office is sometimes brutal.

Thank you for the feedback! Sorry we can't help with the traffic. If you are closer to Denver, don't forget it may be an option to work down there some of the week. I recognize that not all roles allow for that based on the work (no Mech or EE Lab, etc).

Pros

Amazing people, revolutionary product, empowered the employees to make their own decisions, flexible work hours, fantastic benefits (health and other perks), great compensation, and amazing people (so good I had to list it twice)

Cons

Uncertain future, solving revenue problems with overly optimistic product plans, many acquisitions of other companies but none were very successful in the end,
