Ownership, creativity and passion are key traits in all employees. The people are into working hard but also maintaining good health. Crossfit on site classes, a local gym nearby. Kitchen has fresh fruit put out daily.

Cons

You have to love a fast paced fluid environment because we love to work. If you are a right fit for the company then you will struggle with coming up with Cons!

- An excellent company culture where creativity is encouraged. The co-founders really care about keeping it a place where people like to work. - Micromanagement is kept at a minimum so you get plenty of opportunities to own projects. - Flexible work environment - no clocking in/out, you can work remotely if you need to focus - Open office floorplan allows for collaboration - You can get real, honest feedback from your managers.

Cons

- Things move fast. Priorities can shift quickly. You have to be ready & willing to change direction.
