I'm sorry to hear you feel that our quotas are too high. Our hope is that everyone can meet their quotas but as with every sales organization that I'm aware of, that just doesn't happen for many reasons. We're in the midst of setting our '17 quotas and the sales leadership and sales finance teams are taking a very thorough and thoughtful approach to getting this right. I also need to point out that we ask our employees to not share confidential, non-public internal company information. Glassdoor asks the same in their community guidelines. Your statement of "your whole sales floor is under 60%" is both non-public internal company info -- and flat out wrong. I won't share the exact number publicly but a majority of our team is over 60% and even much, much higher than that. And I'm thrilled for all of the team members who have made, and even crushed, their numbers this year.
