Great brands, strong products, passionate- hardworking people, automotive industry. The company could have great potential if the same amount of dedication was put towards the dealerships as the dealerships provide for the company.

Cons

Extremely low morale, lack of culture, strong disconnect between upper and lower management, no executive team vision despite NUMEROUS changes, glass ceiling- advancement limited to family/ friends of upper management, absence of positive performance feedback, lack of clarity for career progression.

Get a great deal on a car since you can't buy elsewhere.

Cons

- Mgmt. offices at war thanks to different management styles of a father that needs to retire and a daughters' hands that are tied because of it. -Family business dynamic doesn't work here; employees afraid to say anything about those managers and their crappy management styles. -If profits are not in direct correlation to your position, YOU ARE EXPENDABLE (unless of course you qualify as family). -Technology is 5 years or more behind. IT Staff incompetent -Pay scale terribly below average -Management simply does not trust their management staff
