Pros

The ability to handle any situation that may arise. this is a big help. They are making strides towards automation.

Cons

pay is low based on other stores in area. I sometimes feel we spend more time doing reports then we do trying to sell cars and make money. Although we are making strides towards automation and are aware of the potential for growth, we are just a little slow on making it a reality
