New facilities, Decent benefits, dedicated admin staff (local & corp)

Cons

Unfortunate lack of structure, corporate support (even when profitable), no handbook, favoritism amongst corp. The retention rate has plumeted along with the company profits. There is no transparency in upper management and a huge disconnect from the those that do the work and those that bark orders. There is no room for upward mobility. You are expected to do the job of several people while working with little to no performance expectation. Past perks have pretty much all been removed. No respect for tenure.
