Pros
You would find working here rewarding if you're intelligent, kind, driven, and have a growth mindset. Splash isn't a perfect company, none are, but it's the best company I've ever worked for, period. The technology stack is ideal (IMO), and there's sufficient room to work on technical projects which truly matter to the business as balanced with product-focused work. Everyone who works here has a positive attitude and is working to make the company succeed together, and I would call it a low ego, high curiosity environment. It seems that there's a good chance of long term company and therefore individual success, so I'm in it for the long haul to try to help make that a reality!
Cons
The 401k and health benefits haven't been top tier, but I think the pros outshine this ultimately. It is a "fast paced environment", but not in the classical glib/pejorative sense of the term. For those who want to just clock in and clock out without navigating change, it may not be the place for you.
