The pay is very competitive and each employee gets unlimited vacation (unheard of)! Employee morale is extremely high and quite frankly I love my job. In addition, upper management does not micro manage its employees. In addition, the company is profitable is, is growing rapidly and expanding its product line which means there will be a lot of advancement opportunities down the road.

Splash has a great team, everyone is a pleasure to work with and is very talented. There's lots of opportunity regardless of your position, they believe great ideas can come from anyone. There's also very good culture around mentoring, there's always a lot of collaboration within and between teams. Without a doubt one of the best teams I've been a part of.
