      Pros

      Very good pay, people, management, vision, mission statement, voice to be heard on ideas, growth opportunity, treated like an adult and not a number, days off or vacation is welcomed without being micromanaged, work at your own pace, uplifted on work, constructive criticism to become better rather than reprimanded, benefits, technology to work with, fast growth for more opportunities for promotions, CEO has a great vision, management and leadership is clear and focused, work life balance, great with COVID and work from home capabilities

      Cons

      I do not have any cons realistically at this time. If any cons it is currently not having a lot of work to do however that is not a company issue as this will shortly change! Excited to see the growth of this awesome company!

      Pros

      The service and solution provided to consumer and business customers alike drives everything here and is a rewarding feeling as it is easy to see the impact. A major part of the environment and success is due to the values of the organization helping set the expectations. Having started in a pandemic and working remote, everyone works together to tackle issues and happy to help figure out the best solution. There does not seem to be any barriers to ideas or suggestions to help with goals. -PTO -401K match -Transparency across levels of management -Future, returning to office, large market share to conquer, new products and partners, growth as company and hopefully roles and teams.

      Cons

      There is constant change in shifting priority, requirements, tasks to be done, etc. which for some can be daunting challenge and tiring. Splash is a growing and relatively young company, if routine and well defined is the best environment for an individual, this may not be the fit.

      Pros

      Easy to talk openly about issues/ideas with management, you are not penalized for being honest and you can expect management to be honest back. A lot of work to be done and tech to learn. Feel like you are making a difference to the company. Pay and benefits are good. Amazing culture and people to work with.

      Cons

      Growing pains are present. Teams have grown a lot and continue to grow so there is still work to be done to get all work and visions in scope. Less than concrete paths to advance.
