      Pros

      Generous pay, nice employees, they have a nice concept and they seem to be growing.

      Cons

      Some days it felt draining, improper training, pulling teeth to get an answer, and being micromanaged.

      Pros

      Solid management team that has a vision and knows how they want to get there. Willing and able to make quick decisions, test ideas, and take input from all members of the team (from the bottom to the top). Pay and overall benefits are better than you'd expect from a Cleveland-based startup and work/life balance is fantastic. Company has grown tremendously in 12 months and will continue to grow moving forward, creating lots of future opportunities for career advancement.

      Cons

      No 401k match or student loan benefits (yet), paid parking (though they do provide the means to have it come out pre-tax).
