Pros

- Remote Flexibility & Balance: The full remote work policy is a huge benefit, offering genuine work-life balance while still keeping the team connected through a highly anticipated annual in-person company meetup. - Welcoming & Inclusive Culture: From day one, the environment is incredible supportive. Even in a remote setting, the team is accessible, and the culture feels genuinely inclusive and friendly. - Organic Growth & Evolution: Rather than a rigid corporate ladder, career paths here are often organic. For those who take the initiative to upskill and deliver results, there are frequent opportunities for roles to evolve or for new positions to be created around your strengths. While some senior roles are posted formally, much growth is driven by individual contribution and the company's scaling needs. - High Visibility & Impact: Because the team is small, your work doesn't get lost in layers of bureaucracy. You have a seat at the table, and you can see the direct impact of your contributions on the company's success and the value provided to clients.

Cons

- Proactive Learning Curve: Because the company is lean, training isn't as rigid or "boxed" as it is at larger corporations. Mentorships and learning opportunities are definitely available, but you need to be comfortable taking the lead in seeking them out. - Intentional Communication: In a fully remote startup, you don't get the "watercooler" moments naturally. You have to be more intentional about reaching out to colleagues to build those professional relationships and stay in the loop. - Dynamic Workload: Being a small team means everyone wears many hats. It's great for gaining diverse experience, but it does mean your daily tasks can shift quickly based on the company's immediate needs.
