Working at Splash Financial has been an awesome experience. The customer-centric culture means our work feels really meaningful and impactful. The team is super supportive and trustworthy—everyone honors their commitments and communicates openly, which makes me feel valued and empowered. One of the core values is Think like a CEO, so we all are empowered to take responsibility and act with urgency, which really fosters a sense of ownership. Splash's high standards and integrity make me proud of the work we do. Plus, the dynamic, purpose-driven environment keeps me motivated and aligned with our goals. Overall, it's an enriching and fulfilling place to work.

You would find working here rewarding if you're intelligent, kind, driven, and have a growth mindset. Splash isn't a perfect company, none are, but it's the best company I've ever worked for, period. The technology stack is ideal (IMO), and there's sufficient room to work on technical projects which truly matter to the business as balanced with product-focused work. Everyone who works here has a positive attitude and is working to make the company succeed together, and I would call it a low ego, high curiosity environment. It seems that there's a good chance of long term company and therefore individual success, so I'm in it for the long haul to try to help make that a reality!
