- Snacks! - Work culture is amazing - Direct communication with leadership - Work-life Balance - fun/exciting cases - Fun communication with the team - Over-time opportunities

Cons

- Weekends, 4 weekend shifts are required (a weekend shift means a Sat or Sun so you can be working 2 weekends a month or every Sat or Sunday a month)

Pros

Great diversity of cases with urgent care and general practice. Room for growth within the company, which is awesome. They are always adding in new equipment so there is constant room to be able to grow as a doctor as well (recently added in laparoscopic equipment and cryotherapy).

Cons

Having to work weekends, but good work life balance otherwise with 3 to 4 day work weeks for DVMs.
