Everyone is incredibly supportive and team oriented, which is a huge breath of fresh air! The culture is truly second to none. There is also a really strong emphasis on strong medicine and lots of opportunities for growth and development.

Cons

Nothing major so far, and whenever an issue arises, management does a great job listening and addressing the issue.

Sploot is by and far the best place I have worked at. What I think sets Sploot apart from many other vets (and businesses for that matter) is everyone's passion for what they do. You can really tell each employee enjoys working here. Also, leadership is down in the trenches with much of the staff which is something that I think drives much of the effort throughout the company,

Cons

One thing that could be a con for some individuals is the "start up" culture. Sploot is relatively new, which means change is inevitable. If you're someone who thrives in bringing new ideas to the table; you'll thrive here. There's also a place for those who like a more structured environment, but might be better suited for you if you like to contribute to a company's growth. I think an advantage of the "start up" environment is there's a lot of room for growth.
