Sploot provides some of the highest pay rate for veterinary assistants in the Denver-area with amazing benefits. The community inside the clinics is outstanding and has provided friendships for me that expand outside the workplace. Everyone is willing to help a hand throughout the day. Sploot also prides itself on providing a work-life balance and management is very transparent and open to feedback.
